Dakhaas asked me to make a visualization of the bookmaking process as an illustrator. I chose a game set-up like ‘game of the goose’ to show all the different steps (with a bare minimum of text) it took to create Crazy Cat Lady. From brainstorming to tossing away your sketches, being sent back to earlier steps in the process, late-night coffee and finally holding the result in your hands. This illustration was published in the latest Dakhaas edition.
