About
Agnes is an illustrator from the Netherlands. Her work covers a wide variety of subject matter, never backing away from heavier topics, but always shining a light on the little, kind things that make life worthwhile.
Working from a studio in Utrecht, the Netherlands, Agnes likes to play with our expectations and shows a world filled with quirky people, sassy pets and vintage atmospheres. Approaching every subject with her light-hearted and colorful drawing style, she’s done a lot of different projects over the years varying from (picture)books, to editorial magazines and promotional artwork.
When she’s not drawing, she loves to make music; she’s a singer and bass player in multiple bands. She’s also a dedicated thrifter, a big movie fan and a boardgame geek.
